LCTaylor do understand the job and motive to close the deal. Employees are very friendly and easy to engage. Yes, they are busy like other licensed insolvency trustee and sometime it’s difficult to hold the person you try to reach specially in tax season. However, front desk lady is very active to help you process payment and paper works if you need. She does answer the phone calls all time within few seconds.

From my personal experience I found LCTaylor don’t lie to it’s clients. Where I found other company lie in 90% time. Specially MNP in Winnpeg. I had the worst experience after I contacted with them. Anyway, my advise would be if you can avoid going to MNP for bankruptcy or consumer proposal.
